Choosing a group vehicle for airport travel

When a Tempo or Urbania beats multiple sedans for airport group arrivals.

When a tour group, sports team or wedding party arrives at BLR together, the instinct is often to book three or four sedans. That's usually the wrong call. A single Force Urbania or Tempo Traveller keeps the whole group on the same schedule, costs less than the equivalent sedans, and means one driver and one coordinator instead of four.

For 9–17 people with luggage, the Force Urbania is the comfortable pick — better cabin, easier boarding. For 12–20 on a budget, the Tempo Traveller does the job. Above 20, a 21-seater mini bus is the right fit.

The coordination is the real win: one pickup point, one drop, one phone number, and if a flight is delayed the whole group waits together rather than three cars waiting separately.
